One pair of DISA ARPA 300 simultaneous Jolt & Squeeze moulding machine to accommodate 540 X 540 X (200 x 2 ) mm moulding boxes.
The moulding area is supported by overhead hoists to handle the closing and shifting of moulding boxes.

13 track lines to accommodate 100 + boxes with trolleys.
A semi - automatic sand plant of 100 Tons capacity.
Sand conveyor with Magnetic Separator to feed sand to the Hopper
2 Nos of 500 Kgs high speed Mixers
300 sets of 540 X 540 X 200 mm Cast Iron molding boxes.

100 sets of 700 X 650 X 200 mm Cast Iron molding boxes.
Air guns connected to pneumatic lines.
Hydraulic pushers for easy movement of boxes
